What inspired you to go into music?
I have always loved music, but given the opportunity to play oboe and English horn in general have been such a wonderful experience. My favorite piece currently is Archangel Gabriel by Brooke Pierson.
What is an interesting fact about you?
It's easy for me to pick up new instruments. I've played 3 different Saxophones, 2 types of clarinets, flute, and I'm currently focusing on Oboe and English horn.
What activities do you enjoy in your spare time?
I practice a lot now. I used to see it as a chore, but I now enjoy it a lot. I love conversing and playing games with my friends, and I really want to get into music production as a hobby.
What are you most excited for about this 2024-2025 season?
Getting better at my instrument, performing with more ensembles and my transfer recital.
