Biography

JC is a passionate and accomplished French horn player in the final year of his Bachelors at California Baptist university. While Jc now excels on the French horn, his musical journey began with humble beginnings on other brass instruments. Initially drawn to music by the allure of the trumpet, Jc explored various brass instruments throughout his formative years, dabbling in trombone, euphonium, and tuba before discovering his true calling with the French horn.

What inspired you to go into music?

My high school Band Director.

What is an interesting fact about you?

I road-tripped to New York and drove for 3 days straight.

What activities do you enjoy in your spare time?

I enjoy playing basketball and tennis.

What are you most excited for about this 2024-2025 season?

I’m excited to meet new people.
