Biography

Andrew has played music all his life, starting Piano at age 10, to joining band in elementary school and continuing to middle school and even high-school. Andrew was awarded “Excellence Through Service Award” his senior year of high school and was also Vice President of the high school marching band leadership team. While at RCC, he was a member of the Concert Band and the Marching band under Professor James Rocillo. Andrew has now Graduated RCC to study Music education in college to teach the future generation of musicians.

What inspired you to go into music?

The way it tells a story, like a story about love like “song for lyndsay” a piece the composer wrote for his wife. or a piece about Paul reviere riding his horse.

What is an interesting fact about you?

I have a short ring finger.

What activities do you enjoy in your spare time?

Arranging or composing small ensemble pieces.

What are you most excited for about this 2024-2025 season?

New music i haven't heard before from new composers i never heard of either.
